Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal wellness products may not be eligible for return if opened or used.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
